Sole Therapy

On my quest for health, I'm the first to admit that I'm not afraid to try alternative therapies. I've reaped great benefits from acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese Medicine. I consider myself fairly well informed on natural healing modalities, and sometimes think I may have missed my calling to be a Naturopath.

Which is why, after my Naturopath suggested at my last visit that I try Sole Therapy, I thought for a minute before saying a big "Huh?"

Apparently Sole (pronounced sol-ay) is what you get when you submerge Himalayan Crystal Salt in water and allow the 82 minerals contained within to split into complex ionized compounds. Sounds fancy right?

Really, all you do is put the salt in a jar, cover it with water, and allow it to sit for 24 hours. Every day you add a teaspoon of the solution to a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach. Its an excellent way to get all your minerals.

And its pretty.
